• Work closely with R&D to ensure quality and safety parameters are satisfied.

• Provide technical expertise and support, as needed, to both internal and external parties.

• Ensure that all quality and safety requirements are successfully met for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.

• Manage customer quality and safety audits.

• Produce and analyze statistical data evaluating adherence to quality and food safety standards.

• Conduct GMP audits for sanitation, plant maintenance, production, storage, shipping, and receiving.

• Oversight of daily product testing relative to “gold standard” specifications.

• Manage employee quality training.

• Maintain and manage microbial and allergen programs.
