Territory Sales Manager – Central Coast California

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established fertilizer manufacture company.   Nutrient Technologies, Inc. has been manufacturing quality foliar fertilizers for 32 years.  The California Central Coast territory is established, but has room to grow.

As the Central Coast Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory from San Francisco to Santa Barbara. It’s important to have a strong background in agronomy and sales.  You will work with distributors and growers.


Job Duties:

Sells company products and servicesMaintains sales programs within assigned territory/accountsResponsible for meeting annual sales goalsMonitor competitive activity and trendsKeep records and prepare reports on sales activitiesKnowledge of product features, benefits, and usesResponsible to continue education on marketing techniques, products and servicesProvide training to dealer representativesInitiates trials that will support marketing effortsInterprets soil, tissue, and water analysisAbility to develop complete nutrient management programsOther duties as assigned


Job Requirements:


Agricultural degree desiredValid driver’s license is requiredPrior sales experience (2-5 years)Valid CCA license, PCA license desired
