A regional produce grower packer shipper is seeking a Human Resources Manager
for its operation located in Riverside, CA. The HR Manager will provide
the administration, management and continual refinement of the Company’s Human
Resources Policy. The Company has more than 300 employees. Primary
responsibilities include manage WC & safety programs, plan & coordinate safety
training; benefits administration; conduct new employee orientations; employee
relations, maintain personnel files.
