Sales Specialist – North Carolina
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a strong background in Sales of packaged goods products. Ideal candidate would have existing business relationships with retail and food service produce buyers and chain store accounts.
Ideal Candidate should have current retail, wholesale and food service accounts. Maximize Company Sales and Profits through sales of existing accounts, but mostly develop new accounts with strong emphasis on chain store business.
- Have at least 3 years Packaged Goods sales experience or have an undergraduate college degree with some training and experience in Packaged Goods Sales environment.
- Understanding of the foods supply-chain, annual supply / pricing dynamics, business operations, sales contract negotiation, distribution logistics, quality management and claims processing.
- Computer Proficient, Microsoft Office software experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a team, talent for making sales and aggressively develop new business.
- Have ability to solve problems, have industry contacts, positive attitude, responsible to work independently and strong work ethic.
* Excellent compensation will based on experience and qualifications. Includes base salary draw plus commissions.
