Taylor Farms California, Inc has a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join the team in our Logistics Department.   The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations as a whole with focus on administrative aspects of sales and customer service. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the daily management and coordination of delivered shipments, transfers, managing the drop trailer program, dispatching all sales orders, as well as organizing all cross dock and consolidated loads.  The person in this role will also be responsible for managing all delivered loads appointments, maintaining a professional relationship with the carrier base and working well with sales people on current and new delivered customers.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a positive, decisive, self-starting, and motivated individual to join our team.  Qualified candidates will have some knowledge of the transportation and/or agriculture industry, the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and professional when dealing with customers and drivers.  The schedule for this role will be Thursday through Monday weekly from 11am-8pm. Qualified individuals will enjoy working in our fast-paced environment and have the ability to work and communicate well with others. Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
