Food Safety Assistant Manager will oversee food safety plan creation, employee training, HACCP implementation, and daily monitoring of storage warehouses, packinglines, and farms.
Assist independent growers in Western NC, South Carolina, and Eastern TN with FSMA compliance and each grower’s annual farm audit and document preparation.
Daily monitoring & data entry of food safety HACCP plan, SSOP, SOP, & logs.
Employee food safety training and monitoring.
Produce wash tank sanitizer preparation and monitoring.
Daily monitoring & implementation of packing line sanitation procedures.
Monthly group meetings & discussions of food safety procedures & customer reviews.
Minimal local traveling.
