Job description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Daily order entry from emailed and/or faxed orders from assigned customers
  • Identify and pro-actively work with assigned customers regarding order fulfillment
  • Secure occasional transportation needs / LTL and/or FTL as needed or requested by customers
  • Invoice completed shipments
  • Maintain contract balances on assigned customer contracts
  • Cross train on all customer accounts


Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School diploma

Strong work ethic

Proven customer service skills – minimum 2-years preferred


Preferred Skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to process information and make decisions

Ability to multi-task

General computer knowledge Sage system experience a plus but not mandatory

Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)

Detail Oriented with excellent organization skills

Self-motivated with ability to work well in fast paced agricultural industry


Additional Notes

Special projects as needed/requested - related but not limited to customer contracts, product inventories, logistics
