Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development of marketing and communications materials including coupons, signage, sell sheets, etc.
  • General research on current food trends
  • Assist in tracking program results and periodic reporting for promotions and events
  • Interact with Product Management team and Sales team to develop brand collateral ensuring uniform and timely new item introductory materials
  • Manage packaging templates, ShowPad support of marketing materials
  • Help support copywriting for packaging, collateral and blog posts
  • Proofread packaging and blog posts
  • Attend and manage packaging press checks and content development shoots; photoshoots and video shoots
  • Plan, attended and execute trade show and consumer events
  • Assist in shipping and fulfillment of marketing materials, product samples to retailers and sales teams
  • Organize and inventory marketing collateral, premiums, and other materials
  • Assist in creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Communicates with the team effectively to positively influence the collaboration, drive results and achieves desired outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • 10-15% travel


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
  • The ideal candidate has a keen interest in marketing for a value driven organization and possesses the basic knowledge of marketing principles through coursework or prior work experience.
  • Interest in Food Industry/Sustainability
  • Excellent attention to details with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong team player, ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem solver; able to work independently to produce quality results
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator
