We are currently searching for an Operations Product Manager to direct the manufacturing operations for apples and other fruit!

The Operations Product Manager will be required to balance and execute food safety, quality, cost, yield, customer service and safety; manage technical expertise and organizational support to optimize product quality and performance; establish data analysis and interpretation.

The Operations Product Manager will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally with Harvest, Raw Procurement, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Research and Development, Supply Chain, and Production Management to review and address issues surrounding weekly forecasts, raw specs, processing, harvest issues, daily finished goods, and consumer and customer feedback data.

Operations Product Manager will provide technical leadership, expertise, and trouble shooting of formulation, quality, and manufacturing issues.  Operations Product Manager will also be tasked to recommend, develop and evaluate changes to current product lines, equipment, packaging designs and materials and quality procedures/standards to increase tangible quality and cost savings improvements.

Ideal Operations Product Manager candidates will have a BA or higher in a related field and at least 5 years experience in manufacturing environment process improvements, food processing or apple industry preferred.  A strong understanding of scientific, quantitative, analytical processes and the ability to integrate complex information, provide meaningful interpretation and global consumer and customer satisfaction strategies required.  Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal negation skills are a MUST; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
