Litehouse, Inc. is a food processing manufacturing plant of refrigerated salad dressings, dips and sauces.  We have an immediate opening for a Retail Sales Manager for the south-central U.S. based out of Dallas, Texas.  We are looking for someone with a sales background in the food manufacturing field that has proven success in establishing new accounts and the ability to maintain existing accounts.  Duties and responsibilities include managing budgets; maintaining all retail accounts within assigned regions; establishing excellent relationships with customers and account executives; and maintaining relationships with established brokers within assigned region.  Plan and develop goals and direction with broker through the use of market data.  Required to attend and participate in company meetings and industry shows.  Should have the aptitude to create promotional plans to drive the business.  Regularly perform retail store checks and work with Fresh Team to inspire market growth through merchandising at store level.
 
Education and/or Experience:  A degree in business or equivalent work experience with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Starting Salary:  $50K
 

Please Note:  Qualified candidate must already live in the Dallas area (No relocation package is available).
