Currently, we are seeking an experienced HR Director for our Dallas corporate headquarters.  The ideal candidate will provide direction and management for all employee programs including payroll.  This position reports to the President.

Qualifying Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. MBA a plus.

• Significant HR generalist/management experience with a minimum of 7 to 10 years at a senior level.

• Experience with a Start up business where new policies and programs were introduced is a plus.

• Advanced professional accreditation in HR management preferred and active involvement in the HR Association is desirable.

• Must be bilingual English and Spanish.

• Must have experience in a produce or agricultural company.

• Some travel required, 20-30%.

The successful candidate will have a business outcome focus while bringing HR best practices to life in the organization.  Must effectively handle ambiguity, constructively deal with conflict, challenge established practices, and forge powerful relationships with others in the organization.

Salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 plus benefits.
